2010 Fall Field Trip Program presents:
ASTRO
COMPLETE
EXPERIENCE
Kindergarten – 4th Grade
September 27 – December 17
Come get your astronaut and astronomy training here in our Astro Complete Experience (ACE) program!
Peer into space like never before inside our new mobile Planetarium! Your students will be able to view the stars in a new and personal way when they get an up-close look at the solar system inside the planetarium. They’ll walk away with a new perspective on the cosmos.
In addition to the amazing stargazing, your students will learn about other space-related topics such as planets, the space shuttle, Nebraska’s astronaut Clay Anderson, the X-38 NASA crew recovery vehicle and more through hands-on interactive stations!
PLUS, students will get to see two out-of-this-world space features here at the Museum:
Anakin Skywalker’s PODRACER on display!
Students will see a full-scale replica of the podracer used in the Star Wars films!
Multi-Axis Trainer (MAT)!
Students will get to a see an up-close demonstration of the machine that NASA astronauts used to train for space travel!

Cost: $3 per person (Students and Adults)
90-minute Sessions Run: 9:30am-11am * 12pm-1:30pm

THREE preferred dates (Ex: Oct. 5, Oct. 12, and Nov. 13)
Preferred time slot for each date (9:30am OR 12:00pm)
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in.
NOTE: Field Trips are only available for reservation on Mondays,
Tuesdays, and Fridays throughout the fall.
